This service provided as is - without any guarantees.
All links to all sites which aren't in conflict with US federal laws - allowed.
All redirects information is visible to link owner - referring page, target page, timing, visitor IP address (+ geo-data on external site - up to city and zip). If URL was added without authorization - redirects information is visible for all visitors with same IP address (which was used to add URL).
All URLs, incoming hits/redirects and user IP addresses are VISIBLE to administrators. Note: administrators actually don't care about your business (they have their own) unless you are abusing this service.
Redirects statistic (redirect time, IP address, refering page) is VISIBLE to other site's visitors ("links owners") with same IP address if URLs were added without authorization. Means if you were authorized - noone else can see your URLs and redirects (except site admins).
Administration may delete links, terminate users' accounts, forbid URLs to certain domains and ban visitors' IP addresses without prior notice in case if redirect service involved into spam or illegal activity (there "illegal" means "breaking US federal laws").
If you are going to use this service in un-wanted advertising (a.k.a. spam) your links will be deleted and most likely your account will be banned (+ IP address blocked).
Links to/from shortened URLs prohibited.
Daily redirects amount may be un/limited: at the moment it's 100 unique visitors daily (in 24 hours) per one link.
If your link's target contains files with malware or spyware - your links will be silently blocked (upon visitors' requests) but this isn't a case for ban if these accidents aren't systematic (everyone may get virus accidentally).
In some cases your information and access can be restored (use "contact" form). For example, your links and access to the site can be restored if they were suspended due to inactivity (there "inactivity" means 6-12 months without hits or visits).
